365-Day Calibration

All testing units requiring annual calibration must be serviced or checked for calibration once a year. We can test these units at our location or for permanent units, we can provide on-site service.

Please call our service department for details on calibration services and to schedule this annual service.

All extended warranties include the annual calibration and no charge for the calibrations. Service call and travel time may be required or shipping costs incurred by the owner of the product.

Warranty Work

Warranty service is provided at any time within the product warranty. All our warranties are one year, parts and labor guarantees. If a product we provide fails to function properly within the warranty period, call our service department and request a Repair Authorization Number. Be prepared to give the customer service representative information including the product, make and model as well as the serial number (if applicable) and a brief description of the problem.

We will send to you, by express courier, a duplicate product or unit for use while your product or unit is being serviced. You may even use the freight paid packaging included in the replacement product packaging for free return shipment of the defective unit. You will have a unit to keep working while your defective unit is in for repair. Upon completion of the repair, you will be contacted and your product or unit will be returned to you, at no charge and again, you then must return the loaner unit in the pre-paid packaging included in your repaired unit. For authorized warranty work Connected Controls Corporation reserves the right to either repair or replace the product or unit.

All authorized warranty work is free of charge and includes free loaner devices and well as free shipping.

Extended Warranty Work

Extended product warranties are available on all products we sell and effectively add an additional two years onto the existing product warranty making for three years of trouble free operation. If a product we provide fails to function properly within the extended warranty period, call our service department and request an Extended Warranty Repair Authorization Number. Be prepared to give the customer service representative information including the product, make and model as well as the serial number (if applicable) and a brief description of the problem.
